Marcon were appointed as the principal contractor for the fit out of the new visitor exhibition for Inis Cealtra (Holy Island) in Mountshannon, County Clare.
Inis Celatra was once a monastic settlement, and an Irish Round Tower, the ruins of several small churches, four high crosses and a holy well still remain.
The new exhibition tells the story of Inis Cealtra a one of Ireland’s most significant ecclesiastical heritage sites and the vibrant community of Mountshannon through a range of interactive displays, community stories, models, and immersive footage.
